President C. L. Max Nikias and Niki Nikias were among the stars and supporters of the USC Shoah Foundation Institute at its annual gala held at the Kodak Theatre in Hollywood on Dec. 9, 2010. Founded by USC Trustee Steven Spielberg, the institute gathers and digitally preserves and distributes eyewitness testimonies to genocides. “By preserving the past,” said Nikias at the event, “the USC Shoah Foundation Institute is changing the future.”
